We are paying the exact same price per month for our office for a much better product that was installed quickly and professionally with minimal disruption to our work space. Randall helped us know exactly what we were getting ourselves into and James was friendly and professional throughout the installation. We're happy to have switched to a higher quality, more environmentally friendly option and to be free of all the bottles around our space!

Customer service representative was extremely polite and helpful on the phone. Within an hour we were visited by a technician who ran extensive test of the water quality, pressure, etc. As it was determined we would need a replacement, a brand new unit was installed in less than 24 hours. We couldn't expect anything better in terms of service and quality. Thank you!

So many things I love about this company & system. First and foremost, for my office, everyone is in love with the water and also the coffee we make tastes MUCH BETTER. It makes my place look beautiful and so much more modern than before. I also added a system at home & I love the taste of my Fruit & Vegetables after I soaking them in the alkaline water. =) I am so so happy with the warranty they offer as well as the maintenance promise.... I never have to pay for filters and filter changes - they do everything for me. Lastly, the ease of installation was unexpected. At home you can not see where the water tube is coming from and its under my sink! At the office they did such a professional job and the unit is literally all the way up front in my LOBBY very far from where our bathroom is in the back.
